Looking for Touhou Games? This might help

My friend is addicted to Touhou Games so I decided to put up a link from a forum which has a compiled link of  Tohou Games available for download. I noticed that almost all anime fans (not me) plays Touhou games so I think it's worth putting this up here in my blog. I haven't tried it yet since I didn't play much games the day I started working in my current job so I'm not updated to this kind of stuff. If you do not know Tohou yet, here's what I got from Wikipedia.

Week Round Up - Blogstats and Work

Not the best week for me! but still not the worst. As usual it's mostly work related and supplemented by lack of good sleep and you get a hot headed punk. The work load is manageable, it's just that there are stressful outage calls and a series of urgent investigations that is hard to track down that is making it difficult on my part. And what's make it irritating is the extended overtime work, so I got to render additional 2 - 3 hours of work in the office.  So much to that, everything work well which makes this weekend special!

Tokitowa is the Best JRPG for Anime Fans.

First you have to know what JRPG means. Other's would probably start raging especially this type of posts attracts too much attention since the word "Best" is very subjective depending on your personal preference. Tokitowa, as I admittedly seen the unforgiving trailer which only shows little gameplay will fit the title of best JRPG for Anime fans if they could have shown a much better trailer of the game. Anime fans will be off for a good start since this will be released this 2012.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn Review

You might be surprised that the chibi black character you see in the anime is one of the main protagonist in the series. "Reborn" as they call him is in fact one of the world's greatest hitman in the anime and  he is also assigned to be  Tsuna's tutor for him to be one of the Mafia God in his time. "What! This is wrong", that's the first thing I've thought when I watch "Katekyo Hitman Reborn"  and I think I'm not different for those who've watched the series too.

Hyper Godly Anime List!

Artefact and it's source provided a list of "Hyper Godly Anime" which I believe came from japanese anime fans itself. This page  definitely describes the ranking which came from votes of the members and the thing I noticed is that the top 10 where from the new generation of animes. Not even an old school anime from the 90's or the 80's were listed in there. This will definitely provoke type A anime fans who will defend their list of choice but that is out of my concern now.

Toshokan Sensou movie this 2012

Update: Trailer Posted for Library War: The Wings of Liberty

The movie Toshokan Sensou will be aired this 2012 in Japan and I think that this is a perfect timing for what's happening today. The Media Betterment Act  is synonymous to SOPA/PIPA and instead of a Library, the Internet is what at stake. There's an anime series which aired in 2008 and I think that's a good starting point if you want to see a much better view on what the whole story is about.

Death Note Review

It was introduced to me by my friend a long time back, and it's where my interest in anime was starting to fade and my enthusiasm in programming started to grow. I'd say that it's introduction is a perfect timing in times where I get stressed in school work. Death Note is such a marvel indeed, I was saying to my friends there's nothing out there yet, which is good enough to be included in my Anime list but when I start watching the anime series and as I progress to each episode, I could say that it deserve the "totally cool" anime that ever existed ever.

Why it's not worth it to Subscribe in Crunchyroll

Ok, I could be misleading you guys but this is just an opinion from me who's been residing in the Philippines. I was planning for a yearly subscription for crunchyroll but when I dig deeper to their site and see their list of anime titles offered in our country I was instantly dissapointed. It's not that extensive! seriously I hope crunchyroll can iron out licensing issues so anime fans will be happy.

Baka And Test PSP Game slated this 2012

I still believe that the PSP is the best handheld console out there if you want extensive titles to play. Considering that the PSVita and the 3DS is already released it's amusing to know that there are new titles which are planned        for distribution in Sony's first generation handheld console. One good example is Baka and Test anime which aired last year and will now have a game in the said device.

Wolf Children Ame & Yuki Movie expected July 21st

Mamoru Hosada's Summer Wars made an impression to me the day I finished watching the movie. It was not  your ordinary film in a sense that you'll get hooked to the elements of the movie. The animation and the storyline combined is a perfect recipe if you're feeling down. The day after that I'm an instant fan of Mamoru Hosada's Movie and knowing that Wolf Children Ame & Yuki will be shown this July 21st then this will be something worth waiting for.

K-On! Wins Academy Award

I'm not to sure why K-ON! got awarded to it's 35th Annual Japan Academy awards but it surely boosted the anime's reputation for those who've not seen the movie yet. I've tried watching the first season of the anime and just dropped it due to the fact that I'm more inclined watching animes with more action. It's not that I really hate the series but if I'm going to chose which one I will watch then it's definitely not the moe-blob type of show.

Some pretty cool eye tests for the Otakus

Got this one from Sancom and I was amazed by it. Artefact claimed that if you can see the image then you don't have any eye problems and that you have 20/20 vision. I'm not too sure if this claim is true but I admit that I do not  20/20 vision since I'm aware that I'm having difficulty reading things from afar.

Hero TV now on Tagalog Subs

I forgot to blog about this one when I was in my province since I've been busy playing DOTA for the whole week. I was browsing the channels in my TV and I noticed  something worth noting for. If you're tired of hearing dubbed Animes in Animax then it might interest you that HERO TV, the local channel that publishes Anime in the Philippines is showing Anime series in Japanese Audio but with Tagalog Subtitles.

Guilty Crown: Lost Christmas PC Game by Nitroplus

One of the sexiest anime that just come out last 2011 is now having a PC game. Guilty Crown, which was just recently released had it's promotional video streamed courtesy by Nitroplus. The game's not an RPG which is commonly the case for an Anime in fact it's known to be an adventure game but with no information yet if it's going to be a side scroller or something.

Code Geass: Akito the Exiled promotional video streamed

Update: News About Code Geass Akito The Exiled Release

Update 2: Release Date of Code Geass Akito The Exiled set

One of my friends recommended me to watch Code Geass, she's also the one who recommended me to watch "One Piece". Got no time to watch as of the moment so I didn't bother much, I bet she'll be happy hearing the news of this new Code Geass Anime which is the Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. She told me that Code Geass is one of must-watched animes because it has the similarity of Death Note's excitements and display of Wits.

Naruto VS Rock Lee Fight [Live Action]

Update: Complete Video of Live Action Naruto Shippuden Movie posted here, a continuation of the fight.

If you're craving for a Naruto Movie then you could be waiting for eternity to end, but if you want instant satisfaction here's a live action video of Naruto vs Rock Lee. Take note that this is fan made! and it's amazing to hear that the result is totally awesome! I've watched the fight scenes and there's nothing out there that is much as fun to watch like this one. The choreographed moves, the screenplay, the effects and the execution is absolutely something. I hope they got some funds to spare and create another batch of live action fight scenes since the video is an absolute success.

Persona 4: The Golden TV ad streamed

I haven't told you guys yet but PSVita is already available in the Philippines but is selling for more than it's expected price. The PSVita sells for like 21,000 Php which is equivalent to 480 USD and can be found in select stores in the Metro. For the PSVita owners and anime fan here's the good news, Persona 4: The Golden had their commercial streamed online which is the port of the original Persona 4 game.

Nisemonogatari just aired in Japan

Bakemonogatari if I remember is one of the most successful anime long time back, even though it was short on episodes it still rocked the internet on how cool it is. Honestly I didn't like the series, I'm not sure why but my interest started to degrade when I felt that it lacked direction. I could be wrong if I'm just patient enough to watch the anime series and didn't hold back until the later half of it but I guess it didn't excite me enough to continue. And now there's this Nisemonogatari which aired in Japan last Saturday which I was not able to put an update here in my blog.

Tiger & Bunny = Mecha

I've been hearing news about Tiger & Bunny for a long time now and ignored it because of the thought that it's a cartoon. Seriously when I always see this title I instantly think of Winnie the Pooh's Tiger and Bunny anime version so I totally ignored it. Good thing curiosity kicked in so I googled it and I saw different results. It appears that it's another futuristic Mecha Anime.

A Happy New Year to Everyone!

Hi Guys it's been a great year last 2011, I started Aniplogs and the last time I post was November 3rd, the one that you see below (About Deathnote in my Anime List), It's a shame that I didn't updated it and I'm really sorry for doing. Now that it's New Year already I would like to focus my time attention in updating this blog. I have a big interest in Anime, Internet and Programming but because of my current job (Which I do not really like) my attention was diverted. I would like to take a big rest and during that rest period I will be updating regularly this blog.
