Wacom's program to promote their products featuring most of the well known artist in the industry have yet again displayed an amazing feat. This time it's Tsukasa Ryugu creating the the image on what you see below. It's unsure though if it's 66 (Roro) being painted on Wacom's Cintiq 24HD pen tablet because of the hoody and monochromatic finish which make it hard to identify the character. If you're not familiar of Tsukasa Ryugu she's also known as Manbou No Ane in the Vocaloid field - most of her works can be seen on her pixiv account.
