Well, a keen Otaku eyes will surely spot on what's something wrong about the image since Kuroneko's imouto is just pretending to be preggy with a stuffed toy hidden under her dress. A close inspection of the pic is the feet of the toy sticking beside the loli's feet. Now that's what you call a good marketing strategy but I doubt if they did it successfully.
