New "Life of Guskou Budori" Trailer Released

Life of Guskou Budori 2012
Made and Remade, the newest movie of Kenji Miyazawa's "Life of Gusko Budori" had it's full trailer finally released. And to those who've watched the 1994 film, the biggest change of the show is the alteration of characters to cats as seen in clip below.

As usual, the most attractive facet of the film is it's grandeur visuals akin to most of the movies shown this days. But what is surprising to me is for Warner Brothers Japan to facilitate it's distribution which I found peculiar since Disney usually does it first. Life of Guskou Budori will air in July 7th and is directed by Gisaburo Sugii, thus fruther explains on why the main casts are depicted by cats, similar to his previous work Night on the Galactic Railroad.

The story is about a man (cat if you relate it to the trailer) who seek refuge in the Volcano Eruption Laboratory after his town was plagued with cold weather and raided by bandits leaving him alone without his family.
