Who would have thought that the City of Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture will suffer a direct hit by a tornado that claimed a life of a single resident and injuring 40 civilians in the city. A terrible start of the year for the Japanese where Tornadoes of this kind of degree rarely occur and in most places of all, to a well developed community.
