If you're inspired on venturing to this type of work, I suggest you take a basic course of sketching/drawing etc. There's a bunch of sources you'll find over the internet just to give you grasp of how difficult an artwork is made and to save you trouble of buying a pen tablet without knowing how technical this thing is.
