GTO: 14 Days in Shonan - few days remaining in Japan

The sequel of highly praised anime/manga GTO (グレート・ティーチャー・オニジカ Great Teacher Onizuka) will finally end. Tohru Fujisawa announced that he already drew the draft of the final pages of the series.  He already announced that the series will finally come to an end which happened last August and today's the time where countdown to it's closing will be felt.

R-15 PSP Game to be released

Another good addition to one of the anime games out there just like this madoka game that I featured a while back. R-15, if you're familiar of the anime, will have a PSP adventure game that will be released sometime in the future. So far this youtube video tells what it's all about, that is, if you understand Japanese. = )

If you're loving Beat'em Up Games with the Flavor of Anime much like Guilty Gear then you can never go wrong with BlazBlue franchise which debuted in 2008. Extending their franchise from Calamity Trigger enters their newest trailer Continuum Shift Extend which will be available in popular gaming platforms.

Hayate the Combat Butler expands again with a new Anime


Hayate the Combat Butler (ハヤテの Hayate no Gotku!) has been airing in select countries but unknown to some a new anime of Kenjirou Hata is now in production. The 99th volume of the manga is being distributed for free at the dual screening of the anime itself and Negima.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Q showing this 2012

Studio Khara confirmed that they will be making a remake of Gainax's Neon Genesis Evangelion. It will be showing around Autumn of 2012 introducing Asuka's new look which made the Mecha anime intriguing. I haven't watched the first movie since I have less interest in mecha animes. But this is definitely good for the fans who's been wishing for another extension of the popular series.

Hunter X Hunter continues with an Anime Remake

It's been more than a week before this was announced and because I've been liking the story of Hunter X Hunter I still want to post it up here in my blog. Despite the long hiatus of the manga, it will now continue to resume it's publication in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine wherein they stopped in Chimera Ants Arc. Following up is it's unexpected remake of the anime which ended in Greed Island Arc.

Rorouni Kenshin gets a remake

One of the classics, Rorouni Kenshin will finally get a remake of it's series which is mainly focused on the Kyoto arc as Aniplex confirmed on Saturday that it will be a two part original video anime series. The good news is that the first part of it will show in Japanese Theaters later this year.

Zero no Tsukaima Season 4 announced


Announcing this month is the release of Zero No Tsukaima's (ゼロの使い魔 The Familiar of Zero) 4th season which will air this October 2011. Noboru Yamaguchi's light novel follows Louise the Zero a magician from magic Academy which summoned Saito Hiraga as her Familliar.

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Anime Teaser released

Haven't played a single Legend of Heroes Series game and once again they've released their second teaser for their anime which will ship in Japan this November in Blu-Ray and DVD Formats. I remember the feeling when I was a big fan of Ragnarok Online wherein an anime version was also released. Though i'll honestly confess that the anime was not good enough for my taste, it's still a good thing to watch as we saw a couple of recognizable characters as the episode progress.

New Black Rock Shooter Anime to be aired on TV in Japan

Remember this Black Rock Shooter figure? I do not know if it's a coincidence but Black Rock Shooter will be having a new anime which will air in January. The new Black Rock shooter anime will air in Fuji TV's Noitamina time slot and is confirmed by Noitamina producer Kojie Yamamoto and it's creator huke.

Kimi no Iru Machi Anime showing Next Spring


Koujie Seo's ongoing  manga Kimi no Iru Machi (君のいる町 A Town Where You Live) will be having it's Anime DVD next year around March. If you're not familiar with Koujie Seo then perhaps you haven't watched Suzuka, which is one of his popular works. So far there's no news yet on who's going to be the Voice Actors but there's already staffs who'll take part of the project.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood finished at last!

At long last, I just finished watching Full Metal Alchemist brotherhood - and because I'm following Eyeshield 21, It took me a while to fully utilize my remaining time in watching Full Metal Alchemist without interruptions. I'll be creating review this weekend since I'll be staying on my Apartment for the two consecutive days.

Revisiting Eyeshield 21

I started watching Eyeshield 21 again since I stopped following the series is when I was in college. Now that I have the time because of the loose schedule I've been enjoying it again with my buddies here in my apartment. The last episode I watched and I remembered was the death march and because I've been skipping the series to pass college examination, I then lost my interest in following Eyeshield 21.

Life Size Disassembled Gundam up for a Show

Those life-size gundam statue that were featured long before this blog was created was now disassembled for the purpose of charity work wherein visitors have to pay 500 yen for the admission pay. The portion of the proceeds will be used to help the victims of the Japanese earthquake which happened a couple of months back.

Slam Dunk Anime Review

Not a fan of sports anime but when it comes to slam dunk then it's a different side of story. The fact that I've been interested in playing basketball when I was a kid is because of this anime. And it's not because I was just a kid who likes every single Anime that I've watched but because the Anime is extremely good as well.

Kimi to Boku anime to set foot on October


I know it's too late, but knowing how I love "spice of life" and "Comedic" anime then let me have it posted in my blog. Kimi to Boku will be animated to be aired this October. Let's just hope that everything is fine and no delays will happen so fans can Enjoy Kimi to Boku anime for the autumn opener.

Madoka Action Game now a reality!

Haven't seen Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime yet because of it's unavailability here in the country but doujin game developers started impressing Madoka fans when they released Grief Syndrome, a game inspired with the anime itself.

Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing


Could be a couple of months away for it's local release here in the Philippines but Japan is just a mere countdown for Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing to air in CBC, TBS and Sun TV in October. Gonzo's Last Exile franchise runs a different story from the original anime so fear not if you haven't seen either of the two.

Black Rock Shooter 2035 Figure


A Black Beauty indeed Black Rock Shooter 2035 will definitely attract fans which will be released around December this year. This is for it's PSP Version which is produced by Max Factory, I haven't seen the anime yet and this gives me no idea how priceless this is for fellow anime enthusiasts in getting this figma. But well, before the year ends It's scheduled in my watch list before the start of Christmas to unwind and forget the stressful life in the city.
